At PureCompress, we want you to feel fully confident in your purchase.
If you are not 100% satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, provided that you cover the return shipping costs (unless the product arrived damaged or you received the wrong item).
Please contact us at info@purecompress.com to receive the correct return address before sending anything back.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be in their original selling condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags attached.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.

  • Custom-made items cannot be returned.


Returning Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our customer service at info@purecompress.com

  2. Include:

    • A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

    • A short description of the issue

    • Your order number

Once we assess the issue, we will contact you to arrange the appropriate solution.
Please note: damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.


Returns for Size or Colour Issues

If the size doesn’t fit or you want a different colour, you may return the item.
Please note:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs for non-defective items.

  • Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging or with the shop label attached.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.


Damaged or Faulty Products Received

We recommend checking the packaging and items as soon as they arrive.
If any item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
Defective or wrong items will be replaced at no additional cost, and customers will not pay return shipping.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:
Your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 14 days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your bank/payment provider (some providers take extra time to process refunds)

  3. If you still haven’t received the refund after these steps, please contact us at info@purecompress.com


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your current item and place a new order.
(For non-defective items, customers must cover return shipping costs.)


Return Shipping Costs

Customers pay the actual return shipping cost for non-defective items.
We do not offer prepaid return labels for standard returns.
