I had to contact customer service as the delivery timescale given was well overdue, Margret assured me she would chase the delivery. Thankfully they arrived in a few days later. Unfortunately l was disappointed on receipt of the knee sleeves. As my photo shows, they arrived in a flimsy outer plastic bag, the sleeves were in a zip lock bag, not the company logo bag as advertised. The sleeves do not have PureCompress labels, no non-slip grips or pull tabs. They also don't feel as soft as bamboo should. I have tried them and unfortunately like other sleeves, they roll down, as the non-slip grips are missing. I would like an explanation for the inferior product and would like the advertised items sent to me to replace the inferior sleeves l have received. Hopefully Margaret at customer service can help.

I was unsure who I bought these off as I had looked at so many different leg sleeves. There is no name on them as on the adverts and no band in either edge to stop them from rolling down so unfortunately they do roll down.

I have continually emailed you to say I am unhappy with quality, snags and material. My legs were not happy and the size was right. I do have lympodema and accept my legs are tricky. I am very unhappy with the company response to my request to return and refund as Your company claims it will do if a customer is unhappy with product. I give up and accept loss of £39:95. More fool me for buying on line and believing the hype.
Since buying the knee sleeve I’ve found it easier to move around as it gives great support around the knee without rolling also I have been able to use it on a night time which has meant I have been able to actually stand up on a morning without having to use furniture to help me get around . I would definetly recommend it to anyone to give it a try
I felt that I was sent the wrong size as they were very small. They arrived in a plain ziplock bag, with no labels or markings and no grip strip on the top inside. The advertisements and videos look more professional in the packaging that I was sent. I was offered a 20% refund or I could send them back which I had to pay for. Overall very disappointed.
The sleeve feels very comfortable to wear so am happy to see some improvement.Unfortunately I must have deleted the e book so can’t comment on it.Sorry,
Following total knee replacement this compress is a godsend, relieves the pain you still feel and assists in giving you the confidence when doing daily activity.
I have found it to be more comfortable than anything I have tried in the past but I still don’t feel it gives me the support I need. I still can’t put much weight on my knee and it still aches like hell. I know this was not a cure for my knee pain but I expected it to at least elevate it. I also thought it was longer, more like a full leg sleeve but maybe that was something else I looked at and confused the two. I will continue to wear it but if I’m honest, the comfort aspect is the only positive aspect.
Never even received it. Worst company. I have ever dealt with just awful. Wanted me to falsify the value of the items I was sending back for customs purposes which is obviously illegal. Wouldn't even buy anything from them again.

Didn't fit despite using the measurement guide..no invoice enclosed so to return have to email only to receive various options other than a full refund..postage return is to China plus extra charged so I felt 8 had no option but to take a 30% refund for a product I cannot use..not clear on promotion video and mis leading for customers. My advice..don't bother! 2 stars was because the support felt soft and well made but really not worth the cost or aggravation.
I haven’t bothered as knee sleeves rolled up and were uncomfortable. The hems and elastic coming apart! Poor workmanship .. I usually buy from a more established brand. I am returning these for full refund
